Rituals Ground & Balance
Before You StartBefore starting Traditional Witchcraft rituals or any magical work, it is important to ground and balance yourself to avoid the drain of personal energy.
Undesirable energies that have built up in the body were drawn out instantly. You may note an inner calmness.
Visualization
This exercise takes a few minutes but will greatly improve your predisposition for ritual and magic. Of course, you can always do this exercise whenever you wish. If you are new to visualization, it is an effective meditative technique that calms the body and mind, which is highly desirable for ritual or magic. If you have difficulty visualizing a ball, don't worry about it. Just know that it's there- even if you can't see it in your minds eye. With practice, many become able to "see" the ball whenever they wish. It requires practice. After You Are DoneAfter rituals and magical work you should again ground and balance yourself in order to balance your energy level. Retaining too much energy would likely make you feel irritable or give you a mild headache or mild depression. Too little energy would result in feeling fatigued or out-of-sorts. It's easy to balance your energy level.
This quick exercise releases and adjusts your energy level automatically for full, healthy functioning of the body.
