Cord

In most Trads, a cord is worn during spellwork and ritual. A cord is normally the length of your body, although some prefer one nine feet long. It is usually a thin rope of woven or twisted natural fiber such as cotton, wool, or flax, or a combination.

Some plait three thin cords to make one more substancial cord, and some use a color for each cord. Many prefer an all white or natural colour cord, while some use red. Some place a loop at one end and a tassel at the other. Some knot three or nine knotes on the cord.
