circle

The circle is the Wiccan equivalent of a traditional compass round used in Traditional British Witchcraft.

Wiccans believe their circles to be created sacred spaces or temples, a magical boundary that is cast by a Wiccan in order to contain positive energy and to keep out negative energy for the safe working of ritual or ceremonial magick.
